These Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") govern the use of the InHook mobile application (hereinafter "the App") published by Ankhaw SASU. By downloading, installing, or using InHook, you accept these Terms without reservation.

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any use of your account is deemed performed by you. In case of loss, theft, or unauthorized use, contact us immediately at contact@ankhaw.com.

4. Pricing and Subscriptions

4.1 Free version

InHook offers a free version with limited access to certain features. Photos processed in the free version may carry a "Made with InHook" watermark.

4.2 Pro subscriptions

Advanced features are accessible via paid subscription, in three plans:

Launch pricing: the reduced prices above apply until July 31, 2026. Subscribers before this date keep their original rate as long as their subscription remains active (grandfathering). After August 1, 2026, new subscriptions will be charged at the regular rate.

4.3 Automatic renewal

Any subscription is automatically renewed at expiration, unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Renewal is processed by your store (Apple or Google) at the price in effect at the time of renewal.

4.4 Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

The subscription remains active until the end of the paid period, without pro-rata refund.

Refunds are managed exclusively by Apple and Google under their respective policies. Ankhaw cannot directly process refund requests.

5. Right of Withdrawal (EU consumers)

In accordance with Article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code, you expressly waive your 14-day right of withdrawal upon the start of digital service execution (first render performed). You will be prompted to confirm this waiver during your first Pro render.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Ankhaw's rights

The App, its source code, design, presets, AI algorithms, and brand remain the exclusive property of Ankhaw SASU. Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

6.2 User rights over their photos

You retain all rights to the photos you upload. You grant Ankhaw a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license, strictly necessary for processing your photos by the App (upload, processing, result download). This license automatically terminates after processing.

Photos generated by AI from your photos belong to you. You are free to use them for any purpose, including commercial.

7. Usage Obligations and Restrictions

By using InHook, you agree to:

Ankhaw reserves the right to suspend or delete any account that does not comply with these obligations, without notice or refund in case of proven abuse.

8. Limitation of Liability

InHook is provided "as is". Within the limits permitted by law:

These limitations do not apply in cases of fraud, gross negligence, or for rights that the law does not permit to be limited (conformity warranty, public order obligations).

The processing of your personal data is detailed in our Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms.

10. Terms Updates

Ankhaw reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The last update date is indicated at the top of this document. Any substantial modification will be subject to an in-app notification. Your continued use of the App after modification constitutes acceptance.

11. Service Termination and Account Deletion

Ankhaw reserves the right to discontinue all or part of the InHook service, subject to reasonable notice (30 days) and the ability for active subscribers to retrieve their data before closure.

You may request the deletion of your account and personal data at any time. The full procedure is detailed on our Account Deletion page.

12. Applicable Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute arising from their interpretation or execution will be subject to an amicable resolution attempt via contact@ankhaw.com.

Failing amicable agreement, you have the right to use a consumer mediator free of charge in accordance with Articles L. 612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code.

Failing that, the competent French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear the dispute.

13. Severability

If any clause of these Terms is deemed null or unenforceable, the other clauses remain fully in force.
